I just googled 2011 yfz450r and there was a picture of an R with white side panels instead of the black. IMO it looks UGLY. Kinda gives it a cheap look. I hope thats not the new color scheme.

yes, i think it looks ugly, and as for theblack scratching, that may be true, but white stains, its from one extreme to the other... |

i personally do not like the r models. the wideness of the seat and a few other things make it look ugly to me. i like 08 and older but thats just my opinion.

I like the white side pieces I'm getting really tried of all the Black "murdered out look" stuff coming out lately

That does look a little different, if it had a white seat I think it might look pretty cool..... JMO...... umm and white hiper rings.
