Seems like a decent price. Bike is real clean. Make sure you get the new battery in it and that it runs and idles fine. I would probably offer like 18 or 19 at first though and see what happens.

I'm guessing it's going to need an oil change, new air filter, and carbs gone through. The guy said he's gonna get a new battery in before I come and look at it so I can ride it and see if I like it.

Yeah oil change and carb clean sound like a must if it has been sitting.

Well I am the new owner! Bike is pretty clean as well, got it for 1800 cash. This is my first quad so I'm sure you all will be seeing a lot of me lol. First thing is oil change, Im gonna see if my dealer has a filter for it I'm sure he does. Should I change the air Fred right away or buy aftermarket? If so whats a good one?

Yeah that's what I have been thinking, I see a lot of you guys are running the FCI. Now my question is should I do a full exhaust or just a slip on? I wanna keep my dbs down to mid 90s.

I have hmf competition series full exhaust its not too awful loud and my power is good but I do hear that I slip on is plenty good unless you really mod the motor alot but I haven't had just a slip on just what I have read..used pipes on here and ebay come up alot at decent prices

Coles I see you're from Wisconsin, honestly, I have a DASA classic, little noisey, but I have talked to several wardens with it on there out riding and never have gotten a ticket. Watch your speed and RPM in residential areas or within earshot of any establishment and you will be fine, the biggest thing is respecting those people, if you do that, they will leave you alone.

Ok yeah I run triple pipes on my sled and haven't been hassled yet but that's because I mostly ride in the UP. I will do more research as I don't see me riding for another 2-3 months.
