WTF?!?! I hope to god you find who took it. I leave mine in my truck sometimes too, if I am really tired. Always lock your tailgate if you can, back up to your garage, or lock up your quad. I usually can't sleep well unless mine is in the garage safe and sound.

i totally forgot about it though. and we dont have a garage we have a shed down in our yard but a 2wd v6 wont be able to make it up our hill when its raining real bad ha i should have backed in infront of our van but i was being stupid and didnt even think of it. just assumed no one would steal it...we live in a decent neighborhood mostly older people and i just totally didnt think of it

Damn that's the 2nd one i've heard about in ohio today. A guy on our local site had is kfx stolen from his garage so he moved his other bikes to his neighbor's garage temporarily and they stole those too the following day.

Your homeowners insurance might cover it if it was on your property, i know other cases where they covered it

You got full coverage on your truck make your auto insurance pay for it just make sure you tell them it was in the bed if that dont work do Wat milzo said you wont get it all back but you'll get enogh to get another bike if you don't find yours sorry about your luck man it pisses me off to know that there's people like that out there

Ps try the insurance on the bike before you try the other to im pretty sure they will cover it

alright so talked to my neighbors...the guy directly across teh street said he heard a pos vehicle that woke him up. he didnt really think anything about it and went back to bed. he said he heard it for a lil while so were thinking that was the dude that stole my quad..and my bud that works at State 8 (dealership kinda close to my city) said that someone came in and tried to trade in a quad without a title. hes gonna ask around tomorrow and see if it was that quad and if they for any reason have his number. so well see where this goes. haha

post adds on craigslist saying you have cash to buy an atv but want a yfz dont make it to obvious. walk all around town talk to dirtbags offer some cash people will talk real quick. my buddy tracked his atv 600 miles to get it back unbelievable story all because the town drunk pointed him to the thief. my house got robbed and 10 years of trophys were stolen along with tons of stuff. neighbor saw it but though i was moving or something but told me what truck was there frigin kid was 3 houses down that did it. start asking around and drive around late at night looking. if the vin is reported. keep posting it on cl and put the vin on there maybe someone will report the guy hopefully he doesnt grind it but keep asking around. someone will know something good luck
