Exclamation help

i have a 2006 yfz 450 and i was riding it one day and i got stuck in a little mudd whole bc a tree was down accross it and i shut my quad off to turn it around and when i went to start it back up i was just getting a thumping noise comming back from where the battery is so i took the seat off and i felt the starter relay and the other thing back their with the fuse on it and i could feel them like thumping. well i got someone to pull me and i got it coast started and when i got it back to my house to look at it i had no power to anything. i charged my battery, hooked it up to jumper cables and still nothing. and i even hooked the conectors up strait up to the jumper cables and i still dont have any power at all to anything. not even my neutral light and when i push the starter with the key on i stilll dont have anything at all.
any help is appreciated. i have taken all the plastics off and taken off all the protective stuff to all the wires and i dont see any broken wirers. so does anyone know what my problem could be? im stumped

Is the fuse blown at the relay, does the relay click at all when you hit the start button? Is the bullet connector unplugged by the battery? Man there are so many things it could be... without being there and you having or not having any electricl exp its going to be very hard to diag over a computer..

I wish someone could help me to. And no. It rolled over after I went into the mud but my engine was to hot and it wouldn't start and I drained the battery and then that's when I lost all power
