geting closer
Bought a 04 yfz basket case melted wireing a 4by4" airbox all elecstart not working crankcase full of gas and oil rewired and replaced all sensors and diodes got elect start working also have kick start is that a after market thing I welded up a custom aluminum air box and battery box got airbox dimensions off a name brand aluminum box used my stock intake bolted in aluminum one have stock air cleaner cage with imo filter ran just stagled and backfired went from the stock 155 main jet to 162 to turn on air screw and its runs like a beast problem running hot tore down and water pump has a 1/16 " of slop and both thermo switches were bad running awsome just hot fan don't work wording is spot on sum one tell its the water pump I'm 1500$ into it now a little water in oil maybe from bad water pump seal runs so strong sum put full gusset kit in frame tusk nerf bars new pro taper bars I luv yamaha always had old to strokes help me
