Default drop pegs and nerfs

so i searched and cant find anything recent about droped pegs and nerf bars. im looking for a set up for my r that will drop the pegs down cuz im pretty tall. i curently have some blingstar nerfs that seem to be taller than oem peg height. who makes a goog set up with heel gaurds that r lower than factory? also when u lower do u have to relocate your brake or get a aftermarket brake lever, what about the shifter?

thanks in advance

hey man not sure about for the R model but for the YFZ AC made a line called the Blackline series that dropped the peg down an back a little you can get them with heel guards or without. I have had mine for several years and are still in great shape. Just a thought check an see if they make them for the R/X models.

Pro armor revolution and the gytr full nerfs have lower pegs than stock. No need to get new levers or anything with whatever nerfs you decide on the difference isn't that drastic, you can adjust them enough to your liking.

There's only one kind of pro armor revolutions. Only thing that you might see different is solid or netted heels. I'm pretty sure KB posted pics showing the difference from stock somewhere on here.

REM is an awesome product also. They were on the bike I purchased from Bill Ballance, and I ran them another 3 years before deciding to take them off the quad during the rebuild and go a different route. They are the only ones that I have ever seen the nets hold up as long as they have, and take some major abuse.

No they are no where near the same. Honestly the only place I could ever find them was EBAY or REM website.

Yeah I just looked can't find it either. Found a couple companies by just googling REM Performance Nerf Bars. Give that a shot. I know the guy who originally started the company was named Ray Martinez if not mistaken. I wonder if he has sold the company because the ones that use to be made had like a saw blade looking emblem in the actual nerf bars and the new ones do not.

No that's not even the same ones Junkie has hold on I will try to find you a place to look at them. REM products are not cheap by no means though just to give you a heads up.

Take a look at AC and see if they still make a Blackline series, and if they do if they make for the R.
