Default switch my podium?

what is the best shock for someone who weighs nothing...114lbs?

I have a Fox podium currently that is valved for 150lbs, thats the lowest fox will go and the shock is pretty stiff for me

is there a different shock that I can get that will get me closer to my weight?

I have adjusted everything from the sag, compression and rebound but it is still pretty stiff and kicks a little bit because there is no weight compressing the shock

Give some of the other shock builders a call an see if they might carry a lighter spring. Try Gt Thunder, Jet Suspension, and I am sure there are some more. Have a feeling it's going to be really hard to find a soft enough spring though for your weight on a 450 setup.

4 cheeseburgers and a large chocolate frosty from Wendy's every day for 3 months should get you to that weight. ;)
I would research a shock that can be valved to your weight. Try Exit shocks. They will more than likely get a shock to you that will work for you.

I know, I was thinking of calling Kenneth at KB and see what he thinks as well...Push technologies also customizes in valving and rebuilding Fox shocks so I might give them a call

It doesn't have to be someone who specializes in Fox shocks was my point. Some of the other builders might have a softer spring just call and ask them is your best bet

Well if fox wont set them up for you, you might want to give kenneth at kb a call and see if motowoz will.

Laz at GT Thunder will get that set up for you correctly. No need in buying another shock. Revalve and respring from GT Thunder cost me $150 last time I had my Podium serviced.
