Kind of cool that you get to use your current arms, calipers, hubs, etc but $650 is crazy for just a set of spindles

No doubt a cool product! I'd love to have the same geometry as the ltr! I'm also sure its of the highest quality too, but its just going to be one of those products the elite rider who already has everything possible on his quad who purchases them.

i dont see how they are going to acomplish anything, the design is that the ltr spindals are taller and the frame mounts are more separated how is not moving the pivots on the frame but putting the different spindal in going to help anything. walsh is going to run a hybrid with crf 450 motor and a ltr geo front end im curious to see what it looks like

reading the description it kind of sounds like you still need the custom arms for these? I'm confused now lol. Houser-racing, Walsh, and JB all make arm setups to use the ltr front end parts and they are the same price as the normal setup. Houser also sells the custom steering flag for the ltr front end. I wonder If these spindles would save any money at all.

I have a full set, both sides, of LTR hubs, spindles, rotors, calipers the whole 9yrds for sale!!! PM me if anyone is interested, I can promise to beat that 650$ price by a penny or 2! lol

I ran an LTR last season and had these as spares, I no longer have a need to keep them on the shelf.

You still need custom a-arms, tie rods, and stem/flag to run the LTR front end stuff you're selling.

Confused whether or not the spindles work with any YFZR a-arms or you still need the conversion arms to run the spindles, which then i dont really understand the reason behind these and for $650 sounds like a huge waste.

Yep, sounds like a huge waste! By the time you buy everyting needed, you would be well over 2000 bucks. If you consider arms, spindles, hubs, wheels, flag and tie rods. No way in hell is this worth that kind of money.

If you have ever ridden an R/X with the swapped front end you will change your opinion. It is absolutely worth it. Yes you do need the other components, but if your buying arms anyway why not switch to the better handling setup?

I asked them they said you will still need the custom ltr conversion kit to run them. They will not work with stock arms.

That's the way I look at it. Alittle bit more money and you can just buy an ltr for a spare quad to ride.

That means they are definately a waste of money then. So basically you are paying $650 for a set of spindles is so you dont have to buy the stock LTR spindles and such. I dont see why anyone would pay $650 or even close to that for these.

the ltr conversion is very popular among a lot of mx racers. there are a lot of companies making these conversion front ends right now but you are required to buy the ltr spindles, hubs, calipers and rotors. these spindles eliminate the need to buy that stuff since you can reuse your stock components. is this swap for everybody? no but there are a lot of people out there that are trying to get every advantage they can on the track and that is where these come into play. as for the price, these spindles are made from very strong billet aluminum and require a lot of machine time to make them so the price is justified, its better than spending over a grand for new ltr stock components.

Maybe since they retail for $650 most shops/store will have them for alot less. Seems like you can just pick up stock LTR components in good shape, sell all your stock stuff and not have spent that much instead.
