Default Rear shock question

so I have been riding on the new podium with a stock linkage for the past month and a half...I have done a bunch of adjusting and I thought it was perfect

there is this step up table on the track that has a take off about 4 feet from the lip...you could say it is a really short take off so you better pin it or not try it at all

I tried it in 4th gear about half throttle and my rear tires just nicked the lip and it caused me to nose dive bad...I have adjusted the rebound down a lot but since I only weigh 115lbs, do I need to do something different?

I have noticed that when they let the track go and not groom it for the winter, I can't keep my ass end down and lose a ton of traction

question is what can I do to get the shock dialed in, I also set the sag pretty low because it had no movement when I sat on it due to my weight

Check the "rake" angle on your sag. The more rake front to back the more traction you will get. If your rake is only say a 1/4 inch then increase it to 1/2 or so and see how that works. With your light weight it will make a big difference. Also, it's not always a fast rebound that will kick your rear end, if your low/high speed compression damping is to tight it can kick you as well. In the situation you are explaining, more likely your low speed...
